Risk grads at ANZ were told they are allowed to apply for roles outside of Risk if they failed to secure a role in Risk by the last month of their grad program.
This sucks for the grads as no roles are open at ANZ. Imagine not being able to secure a grad role and then at the last moment have to scramble to find another role in the bank.
How can ANZ treat grads like this? Just open up some roles for grads. Can’t be that hard.
