He seems like a no-non-sense kinda leader. But I think he’s technologically challenged. For example, he said that NAB should focus on the basics and not chase after the latest toy. I mean NAB was at the forefront with their UBank offering but investment in it just fell off the cliff and they never recovered.

Also, he mandated return to office and said that not turning up at the office is stunting a lot of career. what about women who have to pick up? are you not stunting their careers by forcing them back to the office?
