Curious as to what industry/field you’re in and salary progression. I’m a web developer.
Junior web developer (2010-2012) – $40k
Web developer (2012-2014) – $65k
Web developer (2014-2017) – $85k
Lead developer (2017-2022) – $120k
Scrum master (2022-2024) – $140k
I started as a software engineer on 75k in 2016
2016 – 2018 – software engineer – 90k
2018 – 2020 – moved to product (PM) – $120k
2021 – 2022 – product manager – $135k
2023 – product manager $140k
2024 – just got a new senior pm role – $150k

I started 66k in 2012, now on 185k (225TC). I have found that marketing was a limit to growth so moved towards product role which is where I am today.
Tech product manager:
– started grad: 75k TC (2014)
– specialist: 100k TC 2016 – 2018
– manager: 140k TC 2018-2020
– senior manager: 200k TC 2020-2022
Now on about 240 TC
