It feels like most companies are going back to 3 days a week with some even more. Which companies in Australia are fully remote and allow people to come in when they want?
Atlassian is fully remote.
I have friends at PWC that work from home everyday.
That’s why it’s so competitive to apply for roles at Atlassian.
All roles at Telstra are flex. You can work from anywhere

Others I’d heard are Medibank, Bupa, Qantas
Accenture and Microsoft are fully wfh.
If you’re a company and not offering remote or maximum 1 day a week you’re going to lose top talent. My company is mandating 3 days a week. 😤
I’m looking to leave and find a place that trusts staff, focused on outcomes and let people manage their own lives.
Qantas going the other way. Just got told remote work (overseas) is no longer possible. Used to be able to work a week overseas to extend holidays.
