I wonder if anyone has worked in the climate risk area? Any good people there? What’s the pay like?
What's it like working in Climate Risk in Banking? A number of roles have opened up recently including at NAB and ANZ

I don’t work in climate risk area so can’t really comment on that.
what level are you?
i’m a snr manager at ANZ on $160k base plus 20% bonus, ~$200k tc
that’s pretty sweet! I wanna get to senior manager level. I thought sm at anz is 4.1 so the gpd is just 5%? how come u get 20% bonus?
What level are you now? I had a special sign on thing for my first year so it made by TC 200.
4.3
Senior analyst right? ~$120k-$130k?
I was at ANZ a while ago. $200 TC for 4.1 seems high to me.
what level were you? Keep in mind inflation was 7% so salary couldn’ve moved up quite a bit.
yeh good point.
It can vary – I think for customer facing roles (which therefore get variable pay above the GPD), TC including bonus can be $300k for the best performers. Definitely know multiple with a salary and super (exc bonus) between 200-250k.
How much is bonus typically at 4.1?
is TC Total compensation? Does that include super?
Yeh total comp…base, bonus, super, equity etc
