Also interested in this question. I am 27 and on $120 + 20% bonus in similar industry. I have heard mates on a fair bit higher but hard to tell.
Anything over $100k and you’re doing just fine. Get the experience and the money will come
When I was your age my salary was small but I had stock. If you are gonna make big cash you need the total comp package not just salary. I would say bonus and comp should be about equal to your salary (pending your industry)
Fully depends on the company and industry imo. If it’s a corporate gig I’d be disappointed with anything less than 140 tc…
